- Comyn Bruce was founded in 2017 by me, Georgia Bruce whilst studying the culinary
arts at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
Starting my career as a private chef, this naturally evolved into taking on gradually larger events.
With that the business began to grow and has developed into the ever growing
team of talented industry professionals you see today.
We now have a full time team of chefs, waiting staff and
more to ensure that your event is never too big a challenge.
